1. Open Your Dashboard Calendar
Go to your Dashboard and make sure you're in Calendar view.
Navigate to the correct date.
2. Click on the Time Slot
Hover over the desired time (for example, 12:00 PM on March 12).
Click directly on the time slot where you'd like to book the appointment.
๐ก The available times are automatically based on your configured work hours.
If a time isn't clickable, itโs outside your availability.
3. Select the Start Time
In the Add Appointment modal:
Confirm or adjust the Start Time
Time options are based on your business hours and availability settings
4. Choose a Service (Required)
Select the appropriate service from the dropdown.
The service determines:
Duration
Price
Scheduling block on the calendar
Note - A service must be selected to create the appointment.
5. Select a Client (Required)
Choose an existing client from the list.
If the client is new:
Create them first from the Clients section
Then return to complete the appointment
Note - A client must be selected before saving the appointment.
6. Save the Appointment
Once all required fields are completed:
Click to confirm the booking
The appointment will now appear on your calendar
Your walk-in is officially scheduled.
When to Use This
Create an appointment manually when:
A client walks in without booking
A client calls to schedule
You need to block time manually
You are adding an appointment on behalf of a client
Keeping all walk-ins inside the calendar ensures clean reporting and accurate revenue tracking.
