SuiteCal gives you two ways to view your schedule:
Calendar view (visual schedule)
List view (clean list of today + upcoming)
Open the Dashboard
On Desktop
Click Dashboard from the left sidebar.
On Mobile
Tap Dashboard on the bottom navigation.
Switch between List and Calendar
At the top-right of the Dashboard, you’ll see:
List
Calendar
A Refresh icon
To change views:
Tap/click List to see appointments in a simple list.
Tap/click Calendar to see your schedule on a calendar.
Refresh your schedule
Tap/click the Refresh icon to pull the latest updates (helpful if you just got a new booking).
Calendar View on Desktop (Monthly)
On desktop, the Dashboard shows a monthly calendar so you can plan your month at a glance.
What you’ll see
A month grid (ex: February 2026)
Appointments displayed inside the day boxes (service name + time)
Move between months
Use the left / right arrows near the top-right to go to previous/next month.
Click Today to jump back to the current date.
Tip for lash artists: Use the monthly view to quickly see “heavy days” and “light days” so you can plan breaks, supply runs, or promo slots.
Calendar View on Mobile (Day Schedule)
On mobile, the Dashboard shows a day timeline (day view) so it’s easy to track your day like a real schedule.
What you’ll see
The date at the top (example: Feb 1, 2026 – Sunday)
A time-based schedule (12AM, 1AM, 2AM…)
Your bookings appear in the correct time slots
Move between days
Tap the left / right arrows near the date to go to the previous/next day.
Tip: This view is perfect when you’re in-between clients and just want to see “what’s next” fast.
List View (Today + Upcoming)
List view shows your schedule in a simple, readable format.
Today’s Appointments
Shows what you have today
If you have nothing scheduled, you’ll see: “None for today.”
Upcoming
Shows your next scheduled bookings
Each appointment includes details like:
Client name
Time range
Service name
Status tags like Unpaid (if payment hasn’t been completed)
To open an appointment, tap/click the appointment row (you’ll see an arrow on the right).

“Do I have anyone today?”
“What time is my next set?”
“Do I have any Unpaid bookings I need to watch?”
“How busy is my month looking?”
Quick FAQ
Why do I see Calendar on desktop but day view on mobile?
Because desktop is built for planning (monthly view), and mobile is built for fast daily checking (day schedule).
When should I use List view vs Calendar view?
Use Calendar when you want to see your schedule visually
Use List when you want a clean summary of today + upcoming
