Where to manage your subscription
You can view and manage your subscription from:
Settings → Subscription
Here you’ll see:
Your current plan (Free or SuiteCal Premium)
Monthly price
Subscription status (Active or Inactive)
The Subscribe Now button (if not subscribed)
Subscribing to SuiteCal Premium
When you click Subscribe Now:
You are securely redirected to a Stripe checkout page
Enter your card and billing details
Complete the payment
You are redirected back to SuiteCal after a successful checkout
SuiteCal uses Stripe to process payments securely. Card details are never stored inside SuiteCal.
What happens after payment
Once your payment is successful:
Stripe confirms the payment
SuiteCal automatically activates your Premium subscription
Premium features become available immediately
Your subscription status updates to Active
No manual action is required.
Billing cycle and charges
SuiteCal Premium is billed monthly
Charges renew automatically each month
Billing continues until the subscription is canceled
All billing is handled securely through Stripe.
Subscription status meanings
Inactive – You are on the free plan
Active – Your Premium subscription is live and billing is current
If a payment fails, your subscription may temporarily return to Inactive until payment is resolved.
Canceling your subscription
If you cancel your subscription:
You keep Premium access until the end of the current billing period
No further charges are made
Your account returns to the free plan after the billing period ends
Common questions
Will my clients be charged anything?
No. The subscription only applies to your SuiteCal account, not your clients.
Is payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed directly by Stripe using industry-standard security.
Will I receive a receipt or invoice?
Yes. Stripe sends a payment receipt to your account email after each successful charge.
