Where to set business hours
Log in to your SuiteCal dashboard
Go to Settings
Scroll to the Business Hours section
This section controls your weekly working schedule.
Setting your working hours
For each day of the week, you can:
Set a start time
Set an end time
Mark the day as Working or Day Off
Clients can only book appointments during the hours you mark as working.
Marking days off
To block a full day:
Click Day Off for that day
When a day is marked as a day off:
No availability is generated
Clients cannot book on that day
The day appears unavailable on your booking page
This is useful for weekends, holidays, or regular non-working days.
Using “Apply to All”
The Apply to All option lets you quickly copy the same working hours to all days of the week.
This helps save time if your schedule is the same on most days.
How business hours affect bookings
Availability is calculated strictly within your business hours
Services, buffers, and booking rules apply only inside these hours
If a service does not fit within the available window, it will not be shown
Example:
If your hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, a 2-hour service cannot start at 4:00 PM.
Saving your changes
After making updates:
Click Save Settings
Changes apply immediately to future availability
Existing bookings are not affected.
Important notes
Business hours use your business timezone
Clients always see times in your business timezone
Days marked as off are completely blocked from booking
