Step 1: Get familiar with the dashboard

After signing in, you’ll land on the Dashboard.

This is your control center. From here, you can:

  • See today’s and upcoming appointments

  • Navigate to services, payments, and settings

  • Manage your booking page

On desktop, navigation appears in the left sidebar.
On mobile, navigation appears in the bottom bar.

Step 2: Create your services

Services are what clients see and book.

To add your first service:

  1. Go to Services

  2. Click Create Service

  3. Fill in the required fields (marked with a *)

At minimum, each service needs:

  • A service name

  • Duration

  • Price

  • Visibility set to Public

You can also add:

  • A description to explain what’s included

  • An image to help your service stand out

  • Buffers before or after the appointment

You can reorder services by dragging them. The order you set here is the order clients see.

Step 3: Set your business hours

Business hours control when clients can book you.

To set them:

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Scroll to Business Hours

  3. Set your working days and times

  4. Mark days off if needed

Your availability is calculated based on:

  • Business hours

  • Service duration

  • Buffers between appointments

If business hours are not set, clients won’t see any available time slots.

Step 4: Connect payments (optional)

SuiteCal lets you require payment or deposits to confirm bookings.

To set this up:

  1. Go to Payments

  2. Connect your payment method

  3. Choose whether payment is required to confirm a booking

  4. (Optional) Enable deposits and set a percentage

If payment is turned off, clients can book without paying upfront.

You can change payment settings anytime.

Step 5: Set up your booking page

Your booking page is what you’ll share with clients.

To configure it:

  1. Go to Booking Page

  2. Add your business name and logo

  3. Choose your booking page link

  4. Add a short description about your business

  5. (Optional) Add your Instagram or TikTok handle

You can preview your booking page anytime using Open Booking Page.

Step 6: Publish and share your booking page

Once you’ve:

  • Added at least one public service

  • Set your business hours

Your booking page is live.

Clients will be able to:

  • View your services

  • Select a date and time

  • Complete payment (if enabled)

  • Receive booking confirmation

You can copy your booking page link and share it on Instagram, WhatsApp, or anywhere your clients book from.

What to do next

After your initial setup, you can:

  • Fine-tune availability and buffers

  • Add more services

  • Review clients as they book

  • Customize booking instructions and confirmation messages

If something doesn’t look right, check:

  • Service visibility (Public vs Private)

  • Business hours

  • Payment settings
